Do I need to purchase the Essentials courses in order to purchase the AIT Package?

From an educational standpoint, the Renatus educational videos are designed to build on one another. However, your current understanding and experience with Real Estate Investing, your personal goals, and interest level all play a part in determining which educational package is right for you. You are not required per se to purchase one package before another. But, before deciding on which package to purchase we highly recommend consulting with your affiliate about the benefits from both a marketing and educational standpoint. And of course, if you're having a hard time deciding, it may be worth it to purchase multiple packages at once in a combo.
