How Do I Change Mentors?

In order to obtain a change of Mentorship Renatus Members are required to obtain their current Mentor's written consent along with the written consent of the potential new Mentor. Once consent has been obtained, all three parties are required to email customerservice@myrenatus.com with the Subject Line reading Mentorship Change and a review of the requested changes. As soon as permission has been granted by all three parties, and upon review from the Renatus Home Team, the change will be made.

If a change of Mentorship is sought because of a believed breach of the IMA Guidelines than please review the Support Article titled "Question: How Do I File A Formal Complaint?" and follow the steps accordingly.
