Do I have to complete the Essentials classes before beginning AIT?

One of the great features of the Renatus Education is that you're able to take any of the classes you've purchased in any order you'd like. Often the best answer to this question will come from examining your current knowledge of Real Estate Investing and a close consultation with your affiliate who may have a particular recommendation. While it's not required, if you're not quite sure where to start, we recommend beginning with the Essentials which are designed to teach you the fundamentals of Real Estate and to then move on from there.

We have created a free Study Group to assist you along with the education. The Essentials study group begins at 6pm MT Mondays and are followed by AIT group. You can register for these groups on the Renatus calendar in your back office. Keep in mind you will only be able to register for whichever class(es) you've purchased.
