Question: If my customer defaults on their financing obligation, how aggressive will UGA be on collections?

Answer:

 

UGA has a number of collection resources at their disposal.  they will do everything that they can to work with customers to cure the default.  If the customer is unreasonable or unresponsive then UGA will forward the matter to their collections department and legal team.  The costs associated with collections will be taken from the financed payments and monies recovered through collections.  Any expense for collections will reduce the payment received by Renatus and reduce the commissions paid to IMAs.
