I can assure you that you have a great team that would most certainly help when needed. Always remember that Renatus is not just one or two people. You have an entire community of individuals who are all ready and willing to jump in and assist when the need arises. You are welcome to attend meetings and seek networking within any group. Renatus does not move individuals from one team to another except under the following circumstances:
1. As per the ICM Guide section 15.4;
You may, one time only, sit out for a period of six months in order to change to a new upline ICM. You must contact customer support and receive acknowledgement of your desire to sit out, to begin the process. During the six months, you are not allow to market Renatus, work with your team, or attend any Renatus events. You will also forfeit your team and any qualifications you currently have.
2. If a change is sought because of a believed breach of the ICM Guidelines, please review the Complaint Process found in your back office under Corporate Documents and follow the steps accordingly.
