How do I look up or edit the information under my Lead?

In your back office, click on Marketing > Leads.

In the search bar, type in your lead first or last name and click enter.

Their info will appear. 

If you click on the Leads name, you will see all Recent Activity pertaining to what events they have been registered for including attendance record.

You will also see a small Blue Edit button that you can click on to edit most of their information.

Note: The only piece of information you will not be able to edit is their email. This is because an email address is your unique identifier with Renatus.
