Why am I not receiving Billing commissions?

While we cannot share personal account information, we can advise you as to some of the reasons you would not be seeing commissions from a billing order.

1) the customer is too new and payments have yet to begin (the first payment is typically due 6 weeks after order is placed).

2) the customer has not made their monthly payment(s).

If no payments have been paid on the account, we will not pay out any commissions.
