How to get started; ICM

The FIRST thing you will want to do as a new ICM (Independent Contract Marketer) is read and familiarize yourself with the ICM Guide. This Guide can be found in your back office Corporate Documents page. 

The SECOND thing you will want to do is watch the 10-Step Training by Bob Snyder found under the Training tab in your back office. Compliance trainings from Nationals are also a great source to get you started on the right foot.

From there, you can look for team events on the calendar and register for any that you feel may benefit you. This is a great way to get to know people in the community.
